As a Project Manager with Capgemini, you will play a meaningful role in the strategic planning and execution of projects across various departments ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers to define project scopes goals and deliverables that support business goals and align with the product roadmap.
•  Lead and develop a team of project managers instilling best practices in project management and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Oversee the execution of product-related projects from inception to completion ensuring they meet predefined quality standards budgetary guidelines and timeline objectives.
• Facilitate the integration of agile methodologies within the product management function enhancing flexibility and responsiveness to market changes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including design engineering marketing and sales to ensure cohesive and efficient project execution. Establish and maintain transparent communication channels with all stakeholders providing regular updates on project progress potential risks and mitigation strategies.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to capture learnings and insights driving continuous improvement in project management practices and product development processes.
• Champion the use of project management tools and technologies to streamline workflows and improve collaboration across teams.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Project Management, Product Management or a related field.
• A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g. PMP PRINCE2 Agile Certified Practitioner) is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in project management with a strong emphasis on product development projects and at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver complex projects within a product management context with a keen understanding of agile and traditional project management methodologies
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills capable of motivating teams and fostering a collaborative environment conducive to innovative product development
• Excellent communication skills with the proficiency to engage and align stakeholders across different functions and levels
• Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence Trello Asana).
