Job Description
The project coordinator supports project managers and the PMO by coordinating project activities tracking progress and ensuring projects follow standard processes and timelines
YOUR ROLE
- Support planning tracking and delivery of multiple projects
- Maintain project schedules status reports and documentation
- Track risks issues actions and dependencies
- Organize project meetings and record minutes
- Prepare dashboards and management reports
- Ensure adherence to PMO standards and processes
- Support budget resource and vendor tracking as required
YOUR PROFILE
- 5 years experience in PMO or Project Coordination roles
- Knowledge of Agile and/ or Waterfall methodologies
- Strong skills in MS Excel PowerPoint MS Project Jira or similar tools
- Good communication coordination and organizational skills
