Job Description
YOUR ROLE:
- Infrastructure Automation & IaC:
- Design and implement infrastructure using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
- Maintain reusable modules and templates for consistent deployments.
- Cloud & On-Premises Infrastructure:
- Architect and manage hybrid environments integrating AWS and on-premises systems.
- Ensure seamless connectivity and interoperability between cloud and local resources.
- Kubernetes & Container Orchestration:
- Deploy, manage, and scale Kubernetes clusters (EKS and on-prem).
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for containerized applications.
- Networking & Security:
- Design and manage complex AWS networking setups (VPCs, Transit Gateways, VPNs, Direct Connect).
- Implement security best practices including IAM policies, security groups, and network ACLs.
- Resilience & High Availability:
- Architect systems for fault tolerance, disaster recovery, and high availability.
- Monitor and optimize system performance and reliability.
- Monitoring & Observability:
- Set up and maintain monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch).
- Implement logging and alerting systems for proactive issue resolution.
- Collaboration & Documentation:
- Work closely with development, security, and operations teams.
- Document infrastructure designs, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Proven experience in platform engineering or DevOps roles.
- Strong expertise in AWS services and networking.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS and on-prem).
- Proficiency in IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
- Solid understanding of Linux systems and scripting (Bash, Python).
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
