Network Operations Engineer- Tier I

Role Description

• Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure in Network environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Manage and monitor network performance using appropriate tools and metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network-related projects and initiatives.
• Ensure network security through proper configuration and best practices.
• Provide technical support and guidance for network-related incidents.
• Document network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps.

Role Requirements

• Must have active CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification. Any active CCNA level certification can be considered.
• Has at least 2 yrs of work experience as a network engineer. 2 yrs of experience specific to Network Operations is preferred.
• Has a good background/experience with network routing and switching. Having both is an advantage and preferred.
• The candidate must have good communication skills
• Must be amenable to rotating schedules, including graveyard, and hybrid work arrangement in Mall of Asia Business Complex, Pasay City.
• Must be open to rotating schedules, including graveyard shifts.
