Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Delivery Manager to lead the workflow of projects related to Artwork management for a key Consumer Package Goods external client. This position will lead a large team of Consumer Package Artwork project coordinators. Responsible for the flawless execution of project deliverables and establish standards across all geos. The ideal candidate will have proven & in-depth experience in consumer package goods, package design, product innovation and marketing.
Role Overview:
This client‑facing lead role owns end‑to‑end artwork delivery for new product launches, working closely with R&D, Sourcing, Supply, Design, and Operations. It combines senior stakeholder management, strong people leadership, and portfolio ownership, with a clear mandate to lead change, drive efficiency, and continuously improve ways of working across internal teams and external agencies (PMAs).
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
- Lead and govern a portfolio of packaging artwork projects from design through print, ensuring high‑quality, on‑time delivery across regions and time zones.
- Act as the primary client‑facing lead and escalation point, aligning cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Design, R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain) and external partners (agencies, printers, suppliers).
- Establish and drive project governance by setting agendas, defining roles, and ensuring disciplined execution from initiation to closure.
- Provide leadership and oversight to Artwork Planning Leads and Coordinators, driving effective vendor management, risk mitigation, and efficient feedback cycles.
- Own portfolio‑level reporting, cost governance, pre‑production readiness, and escalations, while driving continuous improvement in processes, tools, and ways of working.
- Conduct post-launch analysis to identify successes and areas for improvement in the project management process.
- Client management:
- Fostering deep relationships and ensuring alignment with their project goals
- Develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention
- Respond to client requests in non-standard situations, investigating all the possibilities for a solution
- Team Development:
- Mentor and coach a high-performing client services team
- Foster a culture of growth, collaboration, accountability within the department, as well as professional development among team members

- Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of managing capacity of resources, timelines, and budgets efficiently to deliver high-quality outcomes on time
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the department leads, Artwork Management, analytics & data to ensure a unified approach to client service
- Metrics & Reporting: Regularly monitor and report on the success of all projects providing insights and recommendations for ongoing improvements
- Financial Management: Oversee budgets, projections, and account performance, ensuring profitability while meeting or exceeding client expectations
- Identify and deliver transformation ideas that will provide growth or productivity opportunities
- Escalate issues to director of client services that arise from work stream related activities
Qualifications
Qualifications (Education/Experience/Certification):
- MBA preferred, Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field
- 10+ years of client services experience, within an advertising agency
- 5+ years working in with Consumer Packaged Goods brands
- 5+ years of product innovation and marketing experience
- 8+ years of experience in project management required, with a demonstrated track record of successful delivery of increasingly complex programs. Proven experience in global program management leadership roles is strongly preferred.
- Experience managing direct reports, 5+ years of strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience in developing and growing talent
- Strong experience in using the Microsoft Office suite with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
