Mandarin Innovation PMO Lead

A Mandarin Innovation PMO Team Manager leads end-to-end project management for innovation, R&D, and product development projects, specifically requiring Mandarin language proficiency. They drive stakeholder alignment, manage risks, track key performance indicators, and foster process improvements to ensure project goals are met efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Innovation Process Management: Directs the full life cycle of innovation projects, including feasibility studies, product development, and business case approval.

• Team Leadership: Conducts kick-off meetings and guides cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and strategic objectives.

• Mandarin Communication & Reporting: Facilitates communications between stakeholders, including progress updates and lessons learned, while providing Mandarin language support.

• Risk & Performance Management: Identifies project bottlenecks, manages risks, and implements corrective actions to keep projects on track.

• Documentation & Governance: Maintains accurate, up-to-date records of project deliverables, milestones, and deviations from the original plan.

Required Skills

• Language: Proficiency in both Japanese and English is crucial for stakeholder management.

• Project Management: Expertise in project methodologies, process monitoring, and governance.

• Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships and drive improvements across functional teams.

• Willing to work hybrid in McKinley Taguig
