General Ledger Process Lead
Manages general accounting tasks including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Supports close processes, audits, and compliance while ensuring accuracy, internal controls, and continuous improvement
Requires a solid technical foundation with experience in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, IFS) and advanced Excel skills. Familiarity with tools like Qlik Sense, Podio, or Power BI is a plus. CPA/CMA is preferred but not required—relevant experience is valued. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and a collaborative, proactive approach are essential.
Qualifications:
- With Bachelors degree in Finance & Accounting or any relevant business course
- With 5 years experience in General Ledger
- With excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Willing to work in hybrid set-up in McKinley Taguig and open to any shift.
