YOUR ROLE 

As Enterprise Architect with Capgemini, you will play a critical role in defining technology roadmap in respective domains & assist the implementation process.

In this role, you will play a key role in:

• Assist in definition & update of EA catalogues, guardrails and artefacts for respective domain
• Ensure architecture compliance of all solutions to EA guardrails and standards for respective domain
• Provide architecture decision and guidance for non-compliant solutions
• Identify required technical capabilities for new business requirements and demands
• Evangelize new technology, evaluate new products, tools & innovative approaches
• Provide technical expertise to solution architects, platform/application owners during software/services definition and build
• Provide architectural leadership in the resolutions of inter-program & inter-projects issues
• Assist in aligning business and enterprise initiatives with the enterprise architecture
• Advisor to senior business management on business and information integration strategies
• Define & execute training plan for solution architects and community of architects (e.g. architecture methodology, domain knowledge, etc.)
• Actively build competency by gaining domain knowledge

YOUR PROFILE

• 7-10 years of Enterprise Architect experience in Core Banking Transformation is a must
• Banking or financial industry experience is a must
• Must have experience in Philippines market or Asia
• Strong technical expertise in enterprise architecture methodologies and design patterns
• Expertise on technologies, trends, concepts, and best practices of respective architecture and business domain
