Delivery Leader

Your Role

Senior technology leader responsible for the end-to-end delivery of large-scale banking transformation programs, overseeing digital banking platforms, core banking integrations, API ecosystems, microservices architecture, cloud-native solutions, and enterprise applications. The role combines delivery management, architecture governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and team leadership.

• Lead complex banking technology programs from planning through implementation, ensuring delivery on scope, budget, timeline, and quality.
• Drive digital banking initiatives including mobile/internet banking, payments, cards, core banking integration, CRM, onboarding/KYC, and middleware platforms.
• Govern solution architecture, ensuring scalability, security, compliance, and alignment with enterprise standards.
• Lead API-first and microservices adoption, including API governance, cloud-native architectures, DevSecOps, and containerized deployments.
• Manage senior stakeholders, vendors, system integrators, and distributed delivery teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, operational resilience, and risk management across programs.
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing technology delivery teams.

Your Profile

• 12+ years of IT experience, including at least 5 years in senior delivery leadership roles.
• Proven success leading large-scale banking transformation programs in regulated environments.
• Strong background in solution architecture, systems integration, and enterprise technology delivery.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar programs and geographically distributed teams.

• Banking domains: Digital Banking, Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Payments, Cards, Lending, Treasury, Open Banking.
• Architecture: API Management, Microservices, SOA, Event-Driven Architecture, Enterprise Integration.
• Technologies: Java/Spring Boot, .NET Core, Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, REST APIs, GraphQL, Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• DevSecOps: CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Observability, Automated Testing, Security-by-Design.
