Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support engagements to achieve yearly competitiveness target
- Monitor the PROMPT performance, share insights to engagements and instigate the improvement opportunities
- Facilitate engagements and IA team for any RPA projects or other automation tools implementation if needed
- Builds and maintains strong working relationship with all engagements and answer related queries on time
- Manage Center-wide training program & best practice sharing, such like ESOAR, DGEM, 6 Sigma and so on.
- Support any center initiatives and facilitate the analysis and data collection/validation
Skills and Requirements
- must have more than 4 years of operations/delivery experience in a BPO set up
- Good communication skills and project management skill
- Strong problem-solving skills by using end to end process review and data driven analysis
- Good English skills enabling good written & verbal communication
- Proficient in MS Office
- Can start ASAP
- amenable to hybrid work set-up
