Delivery Excellence Lead

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support engagements to achieve yearly competitiveness target
  • Monitor the PROMPT performance, share insights to engagements and instigate the improvement opportunities
  • Facilitate engagements and IA team for any RPA projects or other automation tools implementation if needed
  • Builds and maintains strong working relationship with all engagements and answer related queries on time
  • Manage Center-wide training program & best practice sharing, such like ESOAR, DGEM, 6 Sigma and so on.
  • Support any center initiatives and facilitate the analysis and data collection/validation

Skills and Requirements

  • must have more than 4 years of operations/delivery experience in a BPO set up
  • Good communication skills and project management skill
  • Strong problem-solving skills by using end to end process review and data driven analysis
  • Good English skills enabling good written & verbal communication
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Can start ASAP
  • amenable to hybrid work set-up
