Collections Team Lead

Job Description

The Collection Team Leader oversees a team of collection team members for the effective recovery of outstanding debts. This role involves monitoring team performance, providing coaching and support, maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and achieving collection targets. Mentioned below are key duties:


• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of debt collection team members.
• Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one performance reviews.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the team.
• Track and analyse collection metrics and KPIs.
• Prepare performance reports and present findings to senior management.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with account stakeholder to streamline operations.


Skills Required:
• At least 7 years of experience in Collections (Retail or B2C) and 3 years as a Team Lead
• Must have strong understanding of debt collection laws and regulations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Can work onsite in McKinley West, Taguig following Australian shift (Possible training in Pasay)
