Job Description

Your Role: 

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and actionable requirements for delivery teams while supporting prioritization and scope management.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and communication by acting as the liaison between business, IT, vendors, and project teams, facilitating workshops, reviews, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Analyze business processes and data to assess current-state (AS-IS) operations, define future-state (TO-BE) processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support solution design through data-driven insights.
• Support project delivery and testing activities across Agile or Waterfall methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, requirements traceability, SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.
• Ensure banking regulatory compliance and risk management by incorporating policy, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements, while supporting audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory change initiatives.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of Business Analysis experience, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, business process analysis, stakeholder management, and project delivery.
• Solid knowledge of banking products and processes, including Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Payments, Loans, Deposits, Treasury, Digital Banking, APIs, and system integrations.
• Proven experience conducting gap analysis, impact analysis, API requirements gathering, and data mapping.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, IT delivery teams, vendors, and external service providers in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and core banking systems is highly desirable.
• Relevant certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Agile/Scrum BA) and experience working with regional or offshore teams are advantageous.
