Job Title: Solution Architect

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Solution Architect to define high-level technical architecture and design for your assigned scope, delivering solutions that drive exceptional business outcomes and align with our long-term strategy.

You’ll define and communicate a shared technical and architectural vision for end-to-end designs that may span multiple platforms and domains. This role offers the chance to hone your technical expertise, influence strategic decisions, and build a strong network across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate end-to-end solution designs across multiple platforms and domains.
• Partner with platform and domain teams to elaborate solutions, validate technology assumptions, and evaluate implementation alternatives.
• Own technical design issues and drive resolution through iterative solution design.
• Shape requirements, validate designs and prototypes, and ensure alignment with target architecture.
• Promote adaptive design practices and foster collaboration across feature teams using continuous feedback.
• Provide analysis of options and deliver designs that enable frequent, incremental delivery of customer value.
• Make recommendations on the impact of emerging technologies and customer trends.

Skills & Experience Required

• Expert knowledge of application architecture and experience with Backbase for online and mobile banking.
• Strong background in Java Spring Boot with exposure to front-end development (Angular, Swift, Kotlin).
• Experience in Identity and Access Management and integration testing with front ends.
• Full-stack development experience.
• Familiarity with industry architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.

Desirable:

• Business, data, or infrastructure architecture experience.
• Knowledge of continuous delivery pipelines and DevOps practices.
