Your Role

In this strategic role, you’ll lead from the front—steering delivery excellence, building strong client relationships, and driving growth across mission-critical programmes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead client engagement, bid management, and strategic project planning.
• Drive financial performance, forecasting, and profitability improvement.
• Oversee resource allocation, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Champion delivery-led growth across key Defence Engineering accounts.

Your Profile

• 10+ years’ experience leading complex Defence projects, from bid to delivery, with a focus on Maritime integration.
• Proven leadership of large, multi-functional teams, ideally in software development environments.
• Strong commercial acumen across project finances, revenue recognition, and contract management.
• Eligible for SC Clearance, with a strategic mindset and consulting experience.
