About the Job you are considering:

We are looking for a skilled Junior UX Designer to craft intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that drive engagement and usability. You should be experienced in translating user insights into effective design solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and continuously improving experiences through testing and feedback.

Hybrid working:

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role:

  • Lead the UX design process from discovery to delivery across multiple projects
    Mentor and guide a team of UXUI designers fostering a culture of creativity collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Conduct and oversee user research usability testing and data analysis to inform design decisions
  • Translate complex business requirements into user centric design solutions
  • Create wireframes prototypes user flows and high-fidelity mock-ups
  • Advocate for design best practices accessibility standards and user entered design principles
  • Collaborate closely with product managers developers and other stakeholders to align on vision and execution
  • Present and communicate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders at all levels
  • Stay current with industry trends tools and technologies to continuously elevate the UX practice

Your Skills

  • Strong portfolio showcasing user centered design solutions across web and mobile platforms
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe XD or similar
  • Deep understanding of UX research methods interaction design and information architecture
  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in agile environments and cross functional teams
  • Knowledge of HTMLCSS and frontend development is a plus
