As Infrastructure Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence by leading a team of Infrastructure Engineers to deliver high-quality services. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for team motivation, performance management, and strategic resource planning, ensuring alignment with business and client needs.

Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service)

Your role

Reporting to an Operations Managers, your responsibilities will include:

• Motivating and running a team of Infrastructure Engineers effectively to ensure delivery targets are met  
• Performance management of Infrastructure Engineers, including conducting effective monthly One to Ones
• Day to day staff management of engineers in the team.
• Staff resource planning, in alignment with account demand forecasts
• Ensuring continuous Training and Development of engineers

• Understanding and experience of team dynamics
• Team player with the ability to build relationships with both colleagues and external clients
• Resilient, focussed on delivering good levels of service through the team
• High focus on innovation and automation resulting in increased efficiency
• Flexibility within role and flexible approach to assigned work

Your security clearance
