Your Role:

The AI Industry Solutions Lead drives AI use case exploration by identifying, scoping, and executing projects that address real industry challenges. Collaborating with Strategy, Product, BD, and governance teams, they lead cross-functional efforts to prototype and validate AI-powered MVPs with a clear path to production, working closely with clients to align solutions with business needs.

  • Manages and successfully executes assigned AI use case explorations through the entire lifecycle
  • Collaborates with cross-functional partners from product, architecture, BD, Risk, Legal, Data Privacy, AI Governance etc. to achieve successful outcomes
  • Facilitates workshops to upskill key partners and teams on innovation mindset and methods
  • Working with the AIIS Manager, helps iterate on the AI use case exploration process to develop new methods and tools based on sprint experiences and our partner feedback
  • Continuously research and implement brand new AI and machine learning techniques to improve capabilities, ensuring client remains at the forefront of AI Innovation in the financial industry.

Your Profile:

  • 5–10 years of experience in innovation, AI, and project planning within financial services
  • Proven background in agile product environments and design thinking
  • Strong ability to analyze complex business problems and design AI-powered solutions
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving tech landscapes
  • Skilled in identifying and prioritizing customer needs throughout product development
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized with strong planning and multitasking capabilities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with creativity and passion for solving challenges
  • Deep industry knowledge in banking, payments, or securities
  • Consulting approach to client engagement using structured frameworks and innovation tools
