Digital Customer Experience is one of the fastest growing application practices within the Capgemini UK business and focuses on helping our clients achieve business value though digital transformation and the application of user-centred design, major cloud technologies (Salesforce, Pega, Adobe) and mobile, Content Management Solutions and Digital Product development. Your role

•    Responsible for successfully delivering our most exciting and complex digital transformation opportunities, including multi-cloud, multi tower engagements. Building and leading large multifaceted delivery teams formed from across the Capgemini business and external third parties.
•    Responsible for the financial success of an engagement, managing and allocating engagement budgets appropriately to ensure success for both our clients and business.
•    Responsible for the commercial success of an engagement, owning the end-to-end construction and submission of commercial agreements, statements of work and change requests. Clearly capturing deliverables, dependencies and assumptions, ensuring all parties and stakeholders are aligned to the expected outcomes of the engagement, and their requisite input to ensuring success
•    Reporting to the Practice leadership whilst working closely with Market Units and Account Management teams to shape, secure and deliver existing and net new client assignments.
•    Demonstrate a growth mindset and capability to think beyond immediate demands and expectations. Leveraging your understanding of our offers and capabilities, finding synergies with client challenges and opportunities to grow your team and the value delivered to our client and business.
•    Actively demonstrate Capgemini’s focus on identifying and delivering value within our client’s organizations, building personal and corporate credibility and confidence.
•    Identify, build and own relationships with at least C-Suite-1 stakeholders across our client’s business.
•    Actively contribute to the continuing evolution and application of our delivery methodologies.
 

Your skill and experience

•    Minimum 3 years of Project, Programme or Portfolio Management Experience.
•    Can demonstrate ownership of financial budgets in the range of £1-£8m.
•    Has led diverse, cross capability teams between 50 and 100+ people, across multiple geographies.
•    Can demonstrate ownership of the construction and successful submission of complex Commercial Agreement across multiple commercial types i.e. Fixed fee, T&M, Outcome and value based etc.
•    Proven experience successfully and consistently implementing and delivering Agile and DevOps processes and techniques for complex multi-faceted engagements.
•    Demonstratable growth-driven mentality and dynamism to identify opportunities to expand impact and value add within client accounts, beyond the confines of the existing agreement.
•    Proven capability to apply functional and technical knowledge of Salesforce or similar cloud applications to help identify opportunities to support desired client outcomes.
•    2+ years of coaching, mentoring and direct review management experience.
•    Be willing to travel 2-3 days a week to client location across the UK
•    Desired:
o    SAFe certification, certified professional in Agile Project Management (CPAPM), Salesforce Admin certification, APM Practitioner 
 

Your security clearance

Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS)
To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks. 
There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.
There are other criteria and check required for BPSS, and throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
