About the Job you are considering:
We are seeking experienced Delivery Lead with strong expertise in Bank and Finance domain who will overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects.
Hybrid working:
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your Role:
- Scrum agile delivery leadership from user stories systems analysis including data mapping design through to build and unit test
- Salesforce Financial Services Cloud including Marketing Cloud Forms, Salesforce and React Forms
MuleSoft - Technical delivery leadership from systems analysis design through to build and unit test
Third parties as required - Infrastructure network all areas engagement with IDLs and Kyndryl Route to live
- Route to live
- Plan and manage the merger of code with SME and undertake smoke testing
- Plan and manage SFSC Forms and MuleSoft code deployments into the SIT and UAT as well as non-functional environments
- Testing code deployments data defect resolution
- Implementation and warranty
- Part of implementation team
- Warranty incident fixes
Your Skills:
- Significant experience of project management with proven ability to lead multiple technical teams across several releases being delivered in parallel
- Proven agile delivery experience
- Excellent stakeholder engagement quickly and effectively able to establish key relationships with the ability to bridge between technical and business stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
- Realtime problem solving critical thinker with the ability to have clarity of thought in pressured situations
- Able to integrate quickly and effectively within an established programme team getting up to speed quickly and making a positive impact
- Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability
- Values and behaviours align with the Coventry Building Society Group
- Handson experience working within Account Opening KYC Customer Onboarding domains
- Understanding of customer lifecycle operations and regulatory requirements
- Experience with workflow systems document verification processes and exception handling
- Ability to collaborate with Business SMEs and Technology teams to streamline account opening journey
