About the job you’re considering
The account-based candidate will be responsible for successfully managing into Operational RUN various Project streams of differing complexity. The scope of these project streams will cover a wide breadth of technologies, so a broad range of operational, solution design, implementation, and service delivery experience is essential.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your role
- Accountable for leading, auditing and evidenced based Quality Gate completion (QGate3A) for all Operational service streams adoption
- Identify all critical Service Owners specific to the scope and content of the overall Transition/Migration
- Establish and Lead a Proactive sequence of meetings that consolidates T&T & All RUN Delivery (CCP, MS, CSU). Objective – Operational RUN must fully understand Deliverables/Scope/Timeline, have an internal forum where they can ensure concerns or issues are addressed.
- Collaboratively complex transition/transformations must be Delivered successfully first time
- Ensure peer review of all written work is completed
- The output from the Quality Gate to be used to import into an Operational Readiness Certificate (ORC) which will be produced prior to any critical Production Service Commencement
- The ORC can be shared with the customer to provide additional operational assurance on Service Readiness
- Provide technical oversight and governance over projects to ensure that change brought by those projects will not adversely affect live services
- Identify and mitigate technical risk to run services
- Proactively update customer and internal stakeholder management, fostering trust & capability
- Ensure all Security & Compliance requirements are fully met before Service Commencement
- Strong written and verbal skills, with excellent presentation skills
- Ability to apply audit questioning techniques, to include open and probing questions
- Awareness and understanding of ITIL concepts to ensure that Capgemini operational documents consistently promote ITIL standards
- The ability to simplify concepts and pitch to different target audiences. Including the ability to translate from an 'implementation' to 'run' scenario and create an accurate quality gate document
- The ability to understand high level solution design documents and service contracts
- Excellent client skills, ability to work successfully with the account OL/SDM & Run Architect
- A full understanding of our LDC and GDC plus “Shift left delivery models”
- A full understanding of client business needs and requirements; therefore, able to manage customer expectations against these requirements accordingly

To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
