WFM professionals interested in growing their careers with Legion

Your role
As a Workforce Management (WFM) professional, you’ll transition into a WFM TechnoFunctional Consultant role, joining our team to work with the Legion platform — an industry-leading, AI-native workforce management solution designed to maximize labor efficiency and employee engagement. You’ll start by receiving full training on Legion, and once trained, you’ll apply your existing experience with tools like Kronos, UKG, ATOSS, or Workday WFM to support and implement Legion-based solutions for our clients.

In this role you will play a key role in:

 

  • Supporting the implementation and configuration of the Legion workforce management platform, building on your experience with tools like Kronos, UKG, ATOSS, Quinyx, Calabrio or Workday WFM
  • Troubleshooting functional and technical issues across modules such as scheduling, timekeeping, accruals, and absence management
  • Applying your understanding of workforce processes, including time capture, pay policies, and attendance to deliver effective solutions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to ensure successful project outcomes

Your profile

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in WFM
  • Proficiency in using WFM tools such as Kronos (Workforce Central and Dimensions), UKG PRO, ATOSS, and Workday
  • Experience in Timekeeping, Pay Policies, Accruals, Scheduling, Forecasting, Absence Management, Access Management, Reporting and working with clock devices
  • Participated in implementation projects, supported system upgrades, and provided ongoing system support
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes, including hiring, time capture, and payroll
  • Familiar with modules like Global Time Off, Advanced Scheduling, Accruals, Attestation, Activities, Devices, Display Profiles, Leave/Absence Setup, and Attendance
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to clock hardware
