YOUR ROLE

We are now looking for a Manager or Senior Manager to join our Consumer Products & Retail (CPR) division in Sweden. This is a client-facing role for someone who thrives on driving transformation, delivering impact, and building trusted relationships. In this role, you will:

• Lead strategic transformation projects for top-tier consumer brands and retailers.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, shaping their digital, operational, and sustainability agendas.
• Develop and strengthen collaboration and relationships with our key clients.
• Drive business development and contribute to the growth of our CPR practice.
• Lead and mentor teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
• Collaborate across Capgemini Invent’s global network to deliver innovative solutions.

YOUR PROFILE

• Strong consulting background within consumer products or retail, combined with expertise in one of the following areas: marketing, business technology, supply chain, or data and AI.
• Demonstrated success in client-facing roles, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading teams and delivering complex projects with measurable impact.
• A passion for innovation, sustainability, and digital transformation.
• Strong academic foundation (Master’s degree or equivalent) in business, engineering, economics, or related fields.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
