3D Project Manager / Unity Developer

As a 3D Project Manager / Unity Developer, you should have the ability to lead our clients’ journeys across 3D Engineering from both platform and product perspectives and be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of high-quality Unity-based projects. You will work connected to our global Experience Engineering division and its cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and artists, to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage Unity development projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with developers, designers, and artists to ensure seamless integration of assets and code.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to the development team, ensuring best practices in Unity development.
• Scheduling and Planning: Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables, and ensure all team members are aligned with project timelines.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the final product meets the highest standards of quality and performance.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical and project-related issues promptly to keep projects on track.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and progress reports.

Qualifications:

• Project Management: Strong project management skills, with experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or related field is preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Unity Developer and Project Manager, with a strong portfolio of completed Unity projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Unity3D, C#, and other relevant programming languages and tools.
