We are looking for a Functional Administrator & IT Security Officer to act as a key liaison between business and IT, ensuring the secure and efficient operation of enterprise systems. This role combines functional application management with IT security responsibilities, focusing on incident coordination, system improvements, and security awareness across the organization.
The ideal candidate is analytical, solution-oriented, and capable of bridging technical and business perspectives while maintaining a strong focus on security and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for functional support of business applications.
• Coordinate and manage incidents, service requests, and problem resolution within the IT landscape.
• Analyze recurring issues and propose improvements to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Support system integrations and ensure alignment between business processes and IT systems.
• Maintain documentation of processes, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Support the implementation and alignment of the organization's IT security strategy.
• Monitor and coordinate responses to security incidents and vulnerabilities.
• Assist in risk assessments and implementation of mitigation measures.
  

Experience Profile

- Proven experience in functional administration and IT support environments.
- Hands-on experience coordinating incidents, service requests, and problem management.
- Exposure to IT security processes and awareness initiatives.
- Experience working in environments where business and IT collaboration is critical.

Job Description - Grade Specific

Education 
Bachelor-level thinking and working capacity (Business IT, IT Management, or similar).

Languages:
- Fluent in English
- Dutch is a strong plus
- Spanish is an advantage
