Job Description
Are you passionate about technology, systems integration, and healthcare? We are looking for a Technical Implementation Specialist (TIS) to lead the deployment of advanced Health Care Information Systems (HCIS), including Radiology Information Systems (RIS), PACS, and third-party system integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Implementation
- Deliver HCIS projects with the highest quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance on software and hardware upgrades.
- Manage installations, upgrades, and planned maintenance activities.
- Participate in training programs and collaborate with R&D teams to enhance solutions.
Customer Focus
- Drive customer satisfaction by delivering high-value solutions.
- Understand customer environments and workflows to tailor implementations effectively.
Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with Project Managers, technical teams, application consultants, and third-party vendors.
- Align project plans and schedules with service and sales teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- Database administration, backup, recovery, and performance tuning.
- Proficiency in PL/SQL Developer, SQL*Plus, Microsoft Server, Hyper-V.
- Familiarity with healthcare IT standards: DICOM, HL7, IHE.
- Experience working in production environments with defined SLAs.
- Willingness to travel and work in clinical environments.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken).
