Buscamos un/a Especialista en Salud Digital, para Madrid, con experiencia en desarrollo y análisis de proyectos software aplicados al ámbito sanitario, interoperabilidad de sistemas clínicos y estándares internacionales. Formarás parte de un equipo multidisciplinar que impulsa soluciones innovadoras para la transformación digital en salud, garantizando la seguridad, la interoperabilidad y el cumplimiento normativo europeo.

Responsabilidades:

  • Diseño y análisis de arquitecturas técnicas para servicios software en salud digital.
  • Implementación de interoperabilidad basada en servicios web y semántica de datos clínicos.
  • Participación en proyectos europeos de desarrollo software en el sector salud.
  • Gestión de requisitos y estándares sanitarios (HL7, FHIR, CDA, DICOM, SNOMED CT).
  • Tratamiento seguro de datos personales: anonimización y entornos de procesamiento seguro.
  • Colaboración en proyectos relacionados con normativa europea (IA Act, EHDS).
  • Reporting y gestión de información en plataformas de financiación europea (Funding & Tenders Portal).

Reqisitos:

  • Formación: Grado en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Ingeniería Biomédica o titulaciones científico-técnicas afines.
  • Experiencia:
    • Desarrollo/análisis de proyectos software en salud digital.
    • Interoperabilidad clínica y semántica interoperable (SNOMED CT, CIE-10).
    • Participación en proyectos europeos con múltiples países.
  • Certificaciones:
    • Inglés B2 (mínimo) acreditado por Cambridge, IELTS, TOEFL o equivalente.
    • Gestión de proyectos TIC (SCRUM, PMP, PRINCE2, PM2).
    • Interoperabilidad clínica (HL7, FHIR, DICOM, CDA).
    • Seguridad y protección de datos (ISO/IEC 27001, ENS, RGPD).
  • Conocimientos adicionales:
    • Herramientas ofimáticas y análisis de datos (Excel, PowerBI, JQUERY).
    • Familiaridad con programas europeos (Eu4Health, DIGITAL, HORIZON).

Se valorará:

  • Certificación oficial en inglés nivel C1.
  • Experiencia en implantación de normativa europea de IA y salud digital.
  • Cursos en servicios de confianza e identificación electrónica (NIS2, EIDAS2).
