Service Now Architect
Job Description
- Lead pre‑sales technical engagements for ServiceNow IT (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, ITAM) and Risk & Security solutions (IRM/GRC, Third‑Party Risk, Security Operations, BCM).
- Analyze customer requirements, challenges, and current tool landscape to design end‑to‑end ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Define solution architectures, functional designs, and high‑level implementation approaches
- Act as the SPOC for local clients around the main projects implementing ServiceNow
- Act as a trusted advisor during sales cycles, workshops, RFPs, and executive presentations.
- Clearly articulate the business value, differentiators, and ROI of ServiceNow versus competing platforms.
- Position ServiceNow as a strategic enterprise platform, not only as a product.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations, proof‑of‑concepts, and value scenarios for IT and Risk & Security use cases.
- Customize demos to customer context, industry, and maturity level.
- Support pilots and proof‑of‑value activities when required.
- Work closely with Account Executives, Sales Managers, and Delivery teams to define winning strategies.
- Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, technical documentation, and solution narratives.
- Support pricing and scope definition from a technical and functional perspective.
- Stay current with ServiceNow releases, roadmaps, and best practices.
- Provide feedback to sales and delivery teams on market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Mentor junior pre‑sales or solution consultants when applicable.

- 6–8+ years of experience in ITSM, IT Operations, Risk, Security, or Governance domains.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and modules (hands‑on or pre‑sales).
- Experience in pre‑sales, solution consulting, or technical sales roles.
- Solid understanding of ITIL, risk and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, etc.).
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and executive audiences.
- Strong presentation, workshop facilitation, and storytelling skills.
- Fluent in English (Spanish or other languages are a plus).
