We are looking for a proactive and solution-oriented professional with the ability to navigate complex technical environments. While hands-on configuration or administration of systems is not required, the candidate should possess a high-level understanding of the VoIP ecosystem to anticipate potential issues and propose alternative solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate VoIP implementation and transformation projects
- Manage internal teams and external vendors
- Ensure project delivery within scope, time, and budget
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing VoIP-related projects
- Solid understanding of voice-over-IP solution architecture
- Basic knowledge of Data Center environments
- Familiarity with PBX extensions
- Experience with on-premises platforms such as Cisco, Alcatel, and Unify
- Understanding of SIP Trunk technology and its integration with external platforms (e.g., CBT-compatible systems, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
