Linux Engineer

Your role

In this position, you will be a key specialist in advanced network technologies, focusing on SR-Linux and Data Center architectures. You will work on high-visibility projects for clients in the telecommunications sector.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Implementing and managing  SR-Linux based solutions, leveraging your advanced knowledge of Linux operating system and SRL CLI
• Designing and optimizing Data Center architectures with Leaf/Spine topologies, integrating equipment such as 7750 SR and 7250 IXR
• Configuring and maintaining network protocols like Ethernet, IP/MPLS, LLDP, BGP, EVPN, and VPRN
• Integrating equipment into client networks and efficiently provisioning services
• Developing scripts in Linux and Python to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency

Your profile

• Proven experience with Nokia SR-Linux, including advanced knowledge of Linux and SRL CLI
• Extensive experience in Data Center technologies, including Leaf/Spine architectures, virtualization, and specific equipment such as 7750 SR and 7250 IXR
• Solid knowledge of network protocols including Ethernet, IP/MPLS, LLDP, BGP, EVPN, and VPRN
• Advanced skills in scripting (Linux, Python) and proficiency with tools like Excel and Visio
• Ability to manage large volumes of client data collected from different sources
• Sufficient English level to handle technical documentation
