As a Legal Counsel, you will work in a dynamic international environment and collaborate with commercial and legal teams located around the world.

Your Role

 

Would you like to be part of the legal team of a leading technology transformation company? We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join Capgemini's Legal team, participating in the negotiation and management of commercial and technology contracts to support the business in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, partner agreements, procurement contracts and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
  • Providing legal support on technology services contracts and commercial operations.
  • Identifying legal and commercial risks, proposing practical business-oriented solutions.
  • Collaborating with international teams and stakeholders located across different geographies.
  • Participating in the continuous improvement of processes, contract templates and legal knowledge management.

Your Profile

 

  • Legal background and 3 to 4 years of experience in commercial and contract law.
  • Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, supplier, partner or client agreements.
  • Knowledge of the technology environment and/or IT services contracting.
  • High level of English, both written and spoken.
