Your role
As a Commercial and Technology Contracts Lawyer, you will play a key role in providing legal advice on the company's commercial operations.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Advising on all phases of commercial operations, from proposal and tender review to contract negotiation.
- Providing strategic legal advice throughout the complete lifecycle of operations.
- Negotiating and reviewing contracts related to technology services, outsourcing, BPO, consulting and digital services.
- Supporting post-contractual matters and the management and resolution of disputes.
- Collaborating on regulatory compliance programs, identifying and escalating relevant regulatory issues.
Your profile
- 6 to 8 years of experience in commercial legal advice, preferably in the technology sector or a multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, outsourcing, BPO and digital services.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate effectively with different business areas.
- Business-oriented mindset, strategic thinking and demonstrated negotiation skills.
- Fluent in professional English. C1 required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in technology companies or international consulting firms.
- Experience in outsourcing or managed services.
- Knowledge of compliance, competition, anti-corruption or export control regulations.
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools applied to the legal field.
- Experience leading improvement or process transformation initiatives.
