Resolve critical and high priority incident, contribute to major incident calls and creation of RCA for such incident Suggest solutions which will benefit the clients like System Improvement Plan to increase performance, provide cost benefit etc. Account Mining for additional scope Provide technical recommendations to make client landscape more resilient and agile for their business Definine and Industrialize technical best practices across the Organization Manage end-to-end transition for new services and engagement Identify and manage strategic risks with regards to delivery
