ALM Project Manager

The Digital Continuity & Manufacturing (DC&M) team at Capgemini Engineering specializes in providing strategic solutions for the digitalization of engineering and industrial processes, ensuring digital continuity throughout the entire product lifecycle from design to maintenance. We focus on optimizing operational efficiency and driving innovation through the integration of advanced technologies such as automation, industrial IoT, and digital twins, helping companies adapt quickly to the market and maintain a competitive edge.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of the Codebeamer Application system, as well as the link between CodeBeamer and DS 3DExperience platform. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering the project on time, within scope, and within budget, while ensuring seamless integration with existing processes and tools.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Codebeamer platform and lead the team that will be involved from requirements gathering to deployment and postimplementation support.

Develop and maintain the project plan, including scope, timeline, resources, risks, and budget.

Coordinate with the system integrator and cross-functional teams (engineering, IT, quality, compliance, suppliers) to ensure alignment with business needs.

Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants involved in the implementation.

Ensure the system supports automotive regulatory and process requirements such as ASPICE, ISO 26262, IATF 16949, and cybersecurity standards.

Support stakeholder workshops, training sessions, and change management activities to ensure adoption and smooth transition.

Monitor project progress, prepare regular status reports, and present updates to senior leadership.

Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
