Your role

As a 5G Project Manager at Capgemini Engineering, you will be responsible for leading complex telecommunications projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project execution and achieve business objectives.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Leading and coordinating 5G telecommunications projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budget management
• Implementing quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet required standards and specifications
• Managing project risks and changes, establishing effective processes for evaluation and approval
• Facilitating clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing concerns promptly

Your profile

• 3-5 years of experience in managing complex multidisciplinary projects, preferably in telecommunications or 5G technology environments
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (ITIL, PMP, Scrum), with certification in these methodologies being an advantage but not mandatory
• Strong reporting skills with the ability to create effective presentations and documentation
• Excellent people management capabilities, ensuring efficient allocation of human and material resources to meet project objectives
• Demonstrated ability to influence without hierarchical authority, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills
