- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications, ensuring alignment with client needs and business goals.
- Lead user research and usability testing to inform design decisions, identifying opportunities to improve user engagement and satisfaction.
- Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for digital solutions, focusing on both product launch and ongoing market positioning.
- Work closely with global practice and sales teams to define messaging, target audiences, and key value propositions.
- Assist in developing client-specific sales materials, case studies, and demo presentations to support successful product adoption.
- Project Management & Delivery:
- Lead or assist in the management of digital transformation projects at client accounts, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of IT solutions.

- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients by providing ongoing support, strategic advice, and value-added services.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering expert insights on digital trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital innovations, and financial technology advancements to ensure the team and clients are always at the forefront of the market.
- Drive a culture of innovation within the organization, encouraging the exploration of new technologies and design methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Digital Consultant with a focus on the financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and experience with design tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.).
- Hands-on experience in developing and implementing go-to-market strategies for digital products.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
