The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role:

We are seeking a visionary UX Creative Director to build and lead our next-generation UX practice. This is not a traditional UX role-it's about reimagining customer experiences in the age of Generative AI and Agentic AI. The ideal candidate will be a creative leader who understands how AI is transforming consumer behaviour, buying journeys, and digital interactions-and can harness this power to design experiences that are proactive, personalized, and deeply engaging.

Your Skills:

  • Define the Future of UX: Establish a forward-thinking UX strategy that leverages AI to create dynamic, adaptive experiences for customers and agents.
  • Innovate with AI: Integrate Generative AI and Agentic AI into research, concepting, and design workflows to accelerate creativity and insight generation.
  • Customer Journey Intelligence: Design experiences that anticipate customer needs based on their buying journey, using AI-driven insights to deliver proactive engagement.
  • Agent-Centric Design: Reimagine UX for a world where customers and AI agents interact seamlessly, creating intuitive interfaces for multi-agent ecosystems.
  • Build the Practice: Develop a high-performing UX team, fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure UX strategy aligns with business goals and technology capabilities.
  • Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, UX, and consumer behavior; evangelize best practices internally and externally.
