As a UK Talent Attraction Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing Capgemini’s capacity to attract talent in the UK through a wide variety of initiatives, to support Talent Acquisition priorities. 

 

Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.


If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including:  identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service)

Your role

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Understanding and analysing UK talent, employee and market sentiments to identify gaps and strengthen our data-driven approach, measuring and reporting on local and global KPIs.

  • Running focus groups and interviews to build talent personas that inform our attraction activities.

  • Developing data-driven briefs to identify and prioritise attraction actions and execute those plans to deliver on Talent Acquisition objectives.

  • Running talent‑nurturing strategies for key target groups within the Capgemini Talent Pool.

  • Enabling Talent Acquisition teams to adopt a segmented approach to the candidate market (Job descriptions templates, target group pitches etc)

  • Building a best‑in‑class candidate experience from consideration to application, aligned with UK candidate expectations and market best practices.

Your skills and experience

  • Experience in a talent attraction or employer branding role, ideally in a global tech organisation.

  • 3 to 6 years of experience driving and implementing talent attraction and candidate experience projects

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with LinkedIn Talent Insights and Phenom or other CRM will be a plus

  • Analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive informed decision-making

  • Experience managing complex stakeholders from different functions and aligning with a global strategy. 

Your security clearance

To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.

There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.

There are other criteria and check required for BPSS, and throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
