Job Title: UAT Test Manager (Credit Risk Transformation)
Location: Northampton
About the Job you are considering:
The role will be responsible for the end-to-end management of UAT for the Credit Risk Management area which consists of multiple projects applications interfaces and releases. The role will coordinate business acceptance testing across the portfolio ensuring that UAT is appropriately scoped planned prepared executed and signed off.
Hybrid working:
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your Role:
- UAT Management Credit Risk Management
- Develop and maintain the integrated UAT plan across Credit Risk Management projects and releases
- Work with Business Owners and SMEs to define and confirm UAT scope business scenarios acceptance criteria and business participation requirements
- Coordinate UAT preparation including test scenarios test cases test data environment requirements user access and tester readiness
- Ensure appropriate traceability between business requirements test scenarios and execution evidence
- Define and manage UAT entry and exit criteria and ensure readiness assessments are completed ahead of execution
- Coordinate UAT execution across multiple projects and applications monitoring progress against agreed plans
- Facilitate defect triage across Business IT QA Development vendors and relevant technical teams
- Ensure defects are appropriately recorded prioritised progressed retested and closed
- Manage UAT risks issues assumptions and dependencies and escalate where required
- Coordinate UAT completion reporting and business signoff.
Your Skills:
- Strong experience managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within large-scale transformation programmes.
- Proven experience creating and managing integrated test plans across multiple projects and releases.
- Strong understanding of Test Management processes, defect management, test governance, and quality assurance frameworks.
- Experience managing SIT, UAT, Regression, NFT, and End-to-End testing activities.
- Expertise in test planning, test execution, traceability, reporting, and sign-off management.
- Experience managing complex test environments, test data, releases, and deployments.
- Strong understanding of environment management, release management, and deployment planning processes.
- Ability to coordinate multiple testing cycles, releases, and application dependencies.
- Experience working with centralized Environment Management and Release Management functions.
Domain Knowledge
- Experience working within Banking and Financial Services environments.
- Knowledge of Credit Risk Management processes and associated technology platforms.
