Your Role

• Lead test strategy, planning, and scheduling across multiple releases in a transformation program.
• Manage SIT, UAT, regression, and OAT for policy, claims, and financial systems.
• Collaborate with actuarial, finance, data governance, and IT teams for full test coverage.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and non-functional requirements.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across IFRS17, actuarial, and statutory reporting domains.
• Oversee performance, financial controls, and service assurance adherence.
• Support go-live readiness through cutover planning and post-implementation validation.
• Maintain operational stability and quality throughout the program lifecycle.

Your Profile

• 20+ years in QA/Quality Engineering with strong technical background.
• 10+ years in delivery test management for complex transformation programs.
• Proven experience in finance and actuarial program management.
• Expertise in insurance data, claims processing, and financial reporting.
• Hands-on with ETL testing, SQL, and enterprise reporting tools.
• Strong knowledge of SAP GL, MDM tools (Ataccama), and actuarial reserving processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with governance frameworks, change management, and regulated environments.
