Technical Specialist - Epic Management & Requirements

Your Role

We seek a Technical Specialist to support epic management and requirements documentation across our technology initiatives. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business use cases, prepare technical documentation, and support epic evolution in agile environments.

 

Key Responsibilities

- Support epic and topic management through agile delivery cycles
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business use cases and requirements
- Prepare and evolve technical documentation and business requirement specifications
- Coordinate across cross-functional and distributed teams
- Support SEPD (Systems Engineering Process Definition) activities
- Contribute to technical initiatives from conception through execution

Your Profile

- Stakeholder collaboration and SEPD support background
- Experience translating business use cases into technical requirements
- Ability to prepare and maintain technical documentation

Core Competencies: 
- Strong business requirements analysis and documentation skills
- Clear communication across technical and non-technical audiences
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving technical and business priorities
- Comfortable working collaboratively in agile/iterative environments
- Detail-oriented with focus on use case clarity

Desirable Qualifications
- Working knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE platform
- Familiarity with MBSE (Model-Based Systems Engineering) methodologies
- CATIA V5/V6 or CAD tool experience
- Experience with epic/topic management and agile delivery
- Plugin development or enterprise architecture understanding
