Capgemini’s Accelerated Solutions Environment (ASE) is a world-class facilitation capability that enables our clients to address their most complex problems. The ASE supports Capgemini’s strategic priorities through designing and delivering collaborative workshops/engagements and creating visual products that are focused on driving business outcomes and sustainable futures.
We are looking for innovative and technology passionate individuals wanting a career in the IT industry. You’ll join a vibrant team of facilitators, designers and technologists. We deliver from two specially designed locations in London and Telford, from client sites, via mobile delivery, and remotely to support digital engagements.
This is a hybrid working role, you should expect to be in our London office 2-3 days a week and will travel to our ASE in Telford office, or client site when required. You have the flexibility to travel and there will sometimes that you will need to work long hours whilst on ASE deliveries.
Your Role
As an ASE Co Designer you will learn and deliver through a wide variety of roles that are required to run a successful event. Teamwork and flexibility are central to this, as you collaborate with colleagues and adapt to the needs of each engagement. All of these activities are equally important whether delivering in person or digitally.
• Showcase content in versatile formats tailored to diverse learning styles, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all
• Design collaborative spaces, digital or physical that ignite creativity and maximise productivity
• Create thought-provoking assignments with powerful questions that spark meaningful dialogue and action
• Shape immersive soundscapes that energise the room and set the perfect atmosphere for collaboration

• Work collaboratively to capture presentations in real time with dynamic, engaging visuals that transform ideas into impactful stories
As a Technical Specialist, you’ll play a hands on role at the heart of the ASE, helping to shape the digital experience behind every ASE engagement. This is a fantastic opportunity to build on your event or technical background while developing new skills across our engagement roles at the heart of the ASE, helping to shape the digital experience behind every ASE engagement.
This is not a traditional technical, AV, or UX role. It sits at a unique intersection of technology, design, and human experience, where tech is an enabler for creating immersive moments that influence client strategy, shape business-critical decisions, and deliver visible impact in senior stakeholder and C-suite environments.
- Design and deliver immersive experiences that help clients explore complex challenges, align on priorities, and make confident decisions. Working closely alongside the ASE Tech Lead, you will support Venture priorities by creating experiences that influence outcomes, not just enable delivery.
- Prototype interactive environments that combine physical and digital elements, from hybrid delivery and immersive experiences using digital collaboration tools, displays, real-time data, AI-supported facilitation, and immersive platforms.
- Work in fast-moving environments where adaptability, focus, and quick thinking matter. You will troubleshoot issues across technology platforms in real time, owning and driving resolutions that protect and enhance the client experience.
- Gain exposure to hybrid event technology, immersive and interactive environments, digital collaboration ecosystems, and AI-enabled ways of working. You’ll contribute your ideas to our technology strategy and support exciting innovation projects. You’ll have opportunities to lead or be part of project teams exploring new tools, ways of working, and digital experiences.
- Work alongside facilitators, designers, technologists, and clients as part of a high-performing multidisciplinary team. You will influence how experiences are shaped, not simply deliver what has already been designed.
- Liaise with and nurture relationships with our external suppliers, technology partners and other Capgemini teams. To explore new tools and solutions that enhance how we operate and elevate client experiences.
- Partner with ASE colleagues to build their confidence in using technology confidently during event engagements, enabling them to troubleshoot independently. You’ll support the development of a tech-capable, self-sufficient team by sharing knowledge, encouraging hands-on use, and helping others feel confident owning technology in delivery.
Your skills and experience
We’re looking for someone who is energised by collaboration, curious about what technology can make possible, and excited by the idea of creating memorable experiences for clients. You’ll bring a proactive mindset, a willingness to experiment, and the confidence to explore innovative technical solutions that keep ASE delivery fresh, impactful, and at the cutting edge.
• You bring relevant experience in technology or a relevant field; this could include live events, digital collaboration, AV, immersive environments, creative production etc. We value diverse career paths and welcome applications from individuals with equivalent industry experience or relevant formal qualifications.
• You are confident using technology and are comfortable learning new tools, platforms, and ways of working.
• You have a genuine passion for current and emerging technology, digital trends, and the role they can play in shaping better human experiences.
• You are curious, creative, and solution-focused, with the ability to work through technical challenges and find practical answers in the moment.
• You can respond quickly to changing priorities, manage deadlines, and maintain high standards even when the environment is fast moving.
• You have awareness of Microsoft 365, including Teams, and may also have experience with Adobe Creative Suite, video-conferencing platforms, digital collaboration tools such as Mural, or other event and production technologies.
• You are AI-savvy, curious about responsible AI use, and interested in how AI can support creativity, collaboration, facilitation, and delivery.
Your Security Clearance

There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.
