YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Lead to drive the real-time implementation of data products. This role demands deep technical expertise, hands-on coding capabilities, and strong leadership to guide engineering teams in delivering high-quality, scalable solutions. You will act as a bridge between product vision and technical execution, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and engineering teams.

YOUR PROFILE

Technical Leadership & Delivery

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of real-time data products with a strong focus on hands-on coding and architecture.
• Provide subject matter expertise to support collaboration between product owners and engineering teams.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and business partners to ensure cohesive product development.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Innovation & Industry Awareness

• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Evaluate and adopt new approaches to improve product development and delivery.

• Proven experience in leading real-time data product implementations.
• Strong hands-on coding skills in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Scala).
• Experience working in financial services or large enterprise environments.
