The Senior Talent Acquisition Lead is accountable for driving the talent acquisition strategy across a our Capgemini Invent Business Line, ensuring alignment with Capgemini’s workforce planning, business priorities, and global TA governance. This role leads a team of Talent Acquisition Business Partners and acts as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing talent decisions at the highest level.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your role
- Develop and execute a multi-business line TA strategy aligned with workforce plans, growth targets, and transformation initiatives.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior business leaders, HRBPs, and global TA stakeholders to influence talent decisions and workforce planning.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partners, fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative culture.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality recruitment outcomes across business lines, driving continuous improvement and innovation in sourcing, assessment, and candidate experience.
- Leverage advanced analytics and market intelligence to inform strategic decisions, forecast talent needs, and measure recruitment effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to Capgemini’s global TA policies, ethical recruitment standards, and data protection regulations across all recruitment activity.
- Partner with Talent Attraction, Employer Branding, DE&I, and Workforce Planning teams to deliver integrated talent solutions.
- Lead and support transformation initiatives, including shifts in delivery models, technology adoption, and process optimisation.
- Identify and mitigate recruitment risks, including talent shortages, internal competition, and reputational challenges.
- Represent TA in senior forums including workforce reviews, strategic planning sessions, and board-level initiatives.

Your skills and experience
- Extensive experience in Senior Talent Acquisition roles, ideally within global IT or consulting environments.
- Proven track record of strategic business partnering and influencing at executive levels.
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary TA teams across geographies or business units.
- Strong understanding of global recruitment trends, delivery models, and workforce dynamics.
- Demonstrated success in driving transformation and innovation within Talent Acquisition.
Essential Skills
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute talent strategies that align with business goals and drive measurable impact.
- Executive Stakeholder Management: Experience influencing and advising senior leaders, including C-suite, in complex, matrixed environments.
- Leadership & Coaching: Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on empowerment and accountability.
- Advanced Recruitment Expertise: Deep knowledge of global sourcing strategies, talent markets, employer branding, and assessment methodologies.
- Analytical Acumen: Strong data literacy, with the ability to interpret complex analytics and translate insights into strategic actions.
- Project & Change Management: Skilled in leading cross-functional projects and managing change in dynamic environments.
- Technology Fluency: Proficient in ATS, CRM, digital sourcing tools, and collaboration platforms; comfortable with emerging TA technologies.
- Artificial Intelligence: Proficient in the use of AI technologies and their application to deliver efficiencies and improved outcomes in talent acquisition.
Your security clearance and pre-employment checks
If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including: identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service)
To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.
There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.
