Your role 

We are looking for a TSA Consultant with experience in multi-vendor networks and have overall exposure to a wide variety of roles within a telco organisation.The ideal candidate should be capable of adhering to TSA compliance with the latest legislative requirements, analyse gaps in the Solution and Operational areas, propose design to bridge compliance gaps,  strengthen networks against security risks.

 

You'll play a vital role in the program designed to ensure compliance with TSR requirements and work closely with analysts, architects, and program teams from cross functional areas in Telco domain to analyse security gaps and come up with high-level designs and detailed plans that bridges the gaps and ensure strong TSA Compliance and future readiness.

 

You will be responsible for writing relevant scripts in High level language/scripts to implement those designs.

 

Your Profile 

  • Experience with extensive knowledge in Telecom infrastructure (Cloud- VNF -CNF/Routers/Switches, OSS, BSS), EPC /Voice/Packet Core/Messaging /SDM, Access networks worked in UK Telco operators.  
  • Strong knowledge of the Telecommunications Security Act and related regulations, measures and their impacts on n/w, security design principles and best practices.
  • Excellent experience in Python/ C++ /Shell Script / Other scripting languages/ RDBMS.
  • Experience in security consulting, particularly within the telecommunications sector.
  • Knowledge of security frameworks, Cyber Essentials and awareness of TSA COP.
  • Experience with gap analysis, risk assessment, and remediation planning.
  • Knowledge of Privileged Access Management, Multi Factor Authentication nodes and how they integrate into nodal elements.
  • External Backup Solutions and the integration methods needed to integrate these
  • Integrating security fixes into new deployments and retrofitting existing infrastructure
  • Network segmentation, Network configuration & monitoring, Connectivity in customer networks
  • Asset management
  • Good understanding of Linux utilities in the network
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Should have Bachelor /Master Degree in IT/Computer Science/Telco or related fields.
