Job Title: Business Readiness Analyst Digital Onboarding – Northampton

About the Job you are considering:
To ensure operational teams are fully prepared for upcoming Financial Crime changes by delivering high quality procedure updates effective communications and training preparation The role supports change adoption and operational readiness ensuring that processes teams and controls are equipped for go live with minimal disruption.

Hybrid working:
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Job Role

  • Identify and document impacted procedures, SOPs, and checklists; prepare updates and route them through appropriate approval channels.
  • Produce clear and accurate internal communications explaining upcoming changes, timelines, and required actions.
  • Conduct training impact assessments and prepare training materials or provide support to trainers as required.
  • Coordinate readiness tasks across stakeholders including SMEs, Operations, Product Owners, Compliance, and Technology.
  • Maintain structured documentation, sign‑off evidence, and version control across all readiness artefacts.
  • Support readiness assessments, go‑live preparation, and hyper‑care activities post‑launch.
  • Participate in workshops, playback sessions, and engagement forums to ensure early identification of impacts.

 

Job Skills

  • Experience in business readiness, operational change, or process‑driven delivery.
  • Strong writing skills for SOPs, procedural documentation, and internal communications.
  • Ability to assess operational impacts and translate them into actionable readiness tasks.
  • Experience supporting or preparing training materials.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination skills across operational and programme teams.
  • Exposure to Financial Crime KYCAML or regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with structured change governance readiness frameworks and go live planning.
  • Experience with SharePoint Confluence or document control repositories.
  • Understanding of operational controls workflow processes or BA methodologies"
