Strategy & Transformation Senior Consultant
Your role
We are seeking an experienced Programme Director to lead the delivery of complex, business-critical transformation programmes across engineering, technology and enterprise environments. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary programmes, providing strategic leadership, and ensuring successful delivery through effective stakeholder engagement, governance and risk management.
- Programme Leadership & Delivery: Extensive experience leading large-scale, complex programmes with responsibility for strategy, delivery, governance, budget management and overall programme performance.
- Stakeholder & Executive Management: Proven ability to influence and engage senior leadership teams, customers, suppliers and key stakeholders, building strong relationships and driving alignment across multiple organisations and workstreams.
- Risk, Governance & Change Management: Strong experience establishing programme governance, managing risks and dependencies, overseeing change initiatives and ensuring successful delivery against business objectives.
Your profile
We are looking for a results-driven Programme Director with the ability to lead teams and deliver transformational change within complex technical and operational environments. The ideal candidate will combine exceptional leadership capabilities with strong commercial awareness, ensuring programmes are delivered on time, within budget and aligned to strategic business goals.
- Strategic Programme Management: Experience developing programme roadmaps, defining delivery strategies and managing multiple interconnected projects across diverse business and technology domains.
- Commercial & Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of programme financials, resource planning, budgeting, forecasting and supplier management, with responsibility for delivering measurable business value.
- Leadership & Team Development: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams, foster collaboration across functions and create a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
