Job Role
- Align business, data, application, and technology architecture to deliver secure, scalable, and regulator‑compliant solutions
- Define and own target‑state solution architectures and integration patterns across lending and core banking platforms
- Design and govern secure, scalable integrations supporting end‑to‑end lending and business workflows
- Establish and enforce non‑functional requirements including performance, resilience, scalability, and security
- Define operational, deployment, and support models suitable for both pilot and enterprise‑scale implementations
- Support business case development, technology roadmap creation, and architectural decision‑making
- Provide architectural governance and design assurance across solution delivery lifecycles
- Ensure alignment to enterprise standards, regulatory expectations, and security controls
- Guide initiatives from proof‑of‑concept through to stable, scalable production implementations.
Job Skills
- 15+ years of experience in Solution Architecture or Enterprise Architecture roles
- Strong domain expertise in lending platforms, with Wholesale or Corporate Banking experience preferred
- Proven expertise in microservices‑based architectures and API‑led integration patterns
- Strong understanding of cloud‑native platforms, scalable distributed systems, and UI architectures
- Experience defining and validating non‑functional requirements for enterprise systems
- Solid understanding of security, scalability, and operational resilience in regulated environments
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into robust, compliant technical solutions
- Experience working with enterprise governance, risk, and compliance frameworks
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across business and technology teams.
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with Agentic AI, intelligent document processing, OCR, or AI‑enabled workflow solutions
- Familiarity with banking regulatory, risk, and control frameworks
- Exposure to automation platforms, data‑driven decisioning, or workflow orchestration technologies.
