Job Title: Solution Architect – DevOps /API/Microservices with AWS
About the Job you are considering:
We are looking for a highly skilled Solution Architect who will be responsible for designing engineering and implementing scalable cloud native and containerised enterprise platforms The role requires strong architectural thinking combined with hands on engineering expertise across microservices integration frameworks cloud platforms and DevOps capabilities.
Hybrid working:
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Key Responsibilities:
Architecture Design
- Design end to end solution architectures for cloud container and microservices based platforms.
- Define architectural blueprints integration patterns deployment models and platform components.
- Lead the design and governance of BCP resilience and cloud native architecture standards.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs ensuring scalability security and performance.
- Requirements Stakeholder Collaboration.
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops with global Operations Technology teams CTO and GTIS.
- Provide architectural guidance and solution options aligned with enterprise architecture principles.
- Communicate architectural vision rationale and benefits to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Cloud DevOps Platform Engineering
- Lead cloud migration initiatives platform modernisation and adoption of containerised workloads.
- Architect and support DevOps setup including CICD pipelines automation and environment management.
- Ensure engineering best practices coding standards and architectural governance are consistently followed
Microservices Integration
- Oversee and contribute to development of microservices using Java and the Spring Framework.
- Architect integration solutions using Apache Camel and Enterprise Integration Patterns EIP.
- Design cloud native client configurations and platform components.
- Production Reliability Technical Oversight
Collaborate with RTB teams to address production issues ensuring system stability and performance tuning. - Provide technical leadership and guidance across engineering teams during design build and deployment phases.
- Produce detailed technical documents HLDLLD integration diagrams design artefacts adhering to organizational standards.
