Solution Architect Engineering Lead

About the Job you are considering:

We are seeking experienced Unit Manager with strong expertise in Bank and Finance domain who will overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects

 

Hybrid working:

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

 

Experience

  • 10 years of experience in software engineering with at least 4 to 5 years in architecture or senior technical leadership roles
  • Proven experience delivering complex digital platforms in Agile Scrum environments
  • Demonstrated experience in solution architecture and enterprise scale system design

Technical Expertise

  • Strong full stack experience with Java Spring Boot microservices and Angular frontend
  • Deep understanding of microservices architecture REST APIs and event driven systems
  • Experience with cloud platforms AWS Azure and cloud native design patterns
  • Solid experience in DevOps practices CICD pipelines and infrastructure as code
  • Familiarity with automation testing frameworks performance engineering and monitoring tools

Key Responsibility:

               Architecture Solution Design

  • Define and own end to end solution architecture for the Corporate Digital Self-Serve platform
  • Translate business requirements into scalable secure and high performing technical architectures
  • Drive architecture decisions across UI middleware and backend services Angular Java ecosystem
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles cloud strategy and regulatory requirements
  • Design and govern microservices based architectures APIs and integration patterns
    Engineering Leadership
  • Lead and mentor a cross functional Scrum team comprising developers QA engineers UX designers and business analysts
  • Provide technical leadership across the full software development lifecycle design build test deploy
  • Establish and enforce best practices in coding standards design patterns and performance optimization
  • Conduct design and code reviews to maintain high quality deliverables
    Agile Delivery Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Delivery Leads Scrum Masters and stakeholders to define and prioritize the product backlog
  • Ensure timely and predictable delivery aligned with business objectives
  • Partner with UX teams to deliver intuitive responsive and accessible user experiences
  • Act as the key technical liaison between Supplier Group Member and Bank Group Member stakeholders
    Quality Security Compliance
  • Ensure solutions adhere to security compliance and regulatory standards particularly within the banking domain
  • Oversee integration automation testing and performance testing strategies
    Embed Dev SecOps practices CICD pipelines and automated quality gates
  • Drive observability resilience and scalability across the platform
