We are seeking experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in Banking and Finance domain who will overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Required Skillset
- Role Overview Solution Architect Streaming ODS Data Modelling Handson Solution Architect with deep expertise in Kafka Confluent Kafka MongoDB AWS APIs Operational Data Stores ODS and data modelling capable of working seamlessly across high level architecture logical physical data design and low level implementation Demonstrated ability to deliver immediate impact with minimal ramp up prior proven experience designing and delivering streaming event driven and OD Centric platforms is essential.
- Strong background in data modelling for streaming and operational systems including Event driven and message-based data models Canonical domain driven and contract first data designs.
- Logical and physical data models for MongoDB and ODS platforms Schema evolution versioning data lineage and data quality considerations.
- Accountable for end-to-end solution design and delivery not just architectural oversight.
- covering data flows schemas storage patterns APIs and integration points Design build and validate scalable resilient and performant architectures ensuring data models are optimised for streaming throughput low latency and downstream consumption Lead and execute PoCs prototypes solution demos and Handson technical spikes using these to validate architectural and data modelling decisions in real world scenarios
- Comfortable transitioning between Conceptual and reference architectures Detailed solution and data designs Practical implementation guidance and Handson contribution alongside engineering teams Contribute to and support architecture governance including Architectural and data design reviews Standards and pattern compliance Design authority approval board submissions
- Adherence to established architectural and data guardrails Ensure architecture and data modelling decisions align with organisational standards supporting the long-term integrity of the enterprise streaming and ODS pillar
- Strong communicator with the ability to clearly articulate architecture and data design rationale to senior stakeholders engineering teams and cross functional partners in a high visibility banking environment
- Operate independently with a high level of ownership managing expectations resolving design trade-offs and maintaining alignment across multiple teams and delivery timelines.
